the world, I found myself at a crossroads. I had climbed the ladder, led high-stakes projects,
and held the most senior role in my division - but something was still missing.
When I got fired at 49, it wasn’t just a career shift. It was an identity shift.
And it became the catalyst for building the business I was truly meant to lead.
But to understand what I do now, and why I care so deeply, you need to know a bit more about how I got here.
I built my entire identity around work. I gave everything to my career: the hours, the travel, the sacrifices, the relationships I never pursued. I believed success had to be earned the hard way - through constant proving, pleasing, and pushing.
Then, just like that, my title was gone. My plan was gone. My sense of self was shaken.
But something deeper woke up in me.
I realized I had spent years building a life that didn’t actually belong to me.
So I rebuilt. With intention this time.
I invested over $250K into mentorship, healing,
and business strategy and learned to lead
from my own authority, not someone else’s playbook.
The more I aligned with my truth… the more everything changed.
I met the love of my life at 51 and now we're engaged to be married!
I started attracting clients who respected my brilliance.
I stopped overthinking and started embodying my message.
Now, I help other high-level executives make the same leap - not by starting over or playing small, but by turning their experience into premium, scalable coaching and consulting businesses.
